Why Prepare for Disasters with Food and Water?

Are you are a church with a food outreach program?  Are you concerned that civil disobedience could disrupt the food supply chain in the U.S.?  Are you prepared in the event of a national emergency?  Are you prepared in the event of a tornado, hurricane or flood? Do you and your neighbors have a plan? Some call advance preparation prudent, while others call it hoarding or paranoid. Perhaps you should ask yourself the question; am I prepared to feed myself, my family and my neighbors if anything happens to disrupt the food supply or an emergency arises? Food and water is your best hedge against the tough breaks life can dish out. So the next time someone calls you paranoid for being prepared, let them know the Boy Scout motto is; "be prepared." You don’t want to end up like the people of New Orleans did during Hurricane Katrina and be without food, water and provisions.

I’m John Ready and I’m here to help you stay prepared.
